The Parks is just east of SE Petrovitsky Road near the community of Fairwood in Renton, WA. It is located within in the Kent School District boundaries, close to I-405, and surrounded by greenery and views of Mt. Rainier and the Olympic Mountains. The Fairwood area is very desirable and has seen some amazing growth over the last 50 years. The Parks is one of the premier neighborhoods of the area with trails to Shady Lake and Lake Desire, larger home lots, and a park like setting for a neighborhood. Phase one of the community began in 1996 and Phase 2 was completed in 2001.
